Property Management
Macan manages its assets actively, not passively. We partner with performance-driven third-party property managers and hold them accountable to NOI targets, tenant retention, and operating cost benchmarks. At scale, we bring property management in-house to maximize operational control and returns.
Development /Execution
From employment land entitlements to industrial condo repositioning, Macan executes where others hesitate. We have navigated Conservation Authority approvals, natural heritage constraints, and complex ZBA processes — delivering net developable area and asset value that conventional assessments miss. Project Management
Macan manages every project from concept to completion — reviewing municipal and zoning context, conducting financial analysis, managing design teams, securing approvals, and overseeing construction delivery. Projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specifications our tenants and LP partners expect.
Leasing
Macan's leasing strategy is straightforward: place the right tenant at the right rent, on lease terms that protect asset value and support the investment thesis. We work with specialist industrial leasing brokers and leverage our GTA East market knowledge to minimize vacancy and maximize rent escalation at every lease renewal.
