Gal brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience across diverse industries and markets. He began investing in residential projects in Europe following the Great Financial Crisis (GFC), leveraging his keen understanding of macroeconomics and credit cycles to navigate turbulent times.

After years of business and investment in real estate in Europe and other diverse ventures in Africa, focus shifted to Canada. He sees Canada's strong real estate fundamentals, driven by rapid population growth and structural supply constraints as a generational opportunity. This demand-supply mismatch presents a unique challenge, one that motivates Gal to bridge the affordability gap and ensure housing accessibility for all Canadians.

in both Toronto and south Florida provide an opportunity to employ best practices from the unique markets and asset classes. While residential real estate is a passion, Gul’s investment strategies continuously evolve to consider the ever changing macro-economic trends.
